We're working to launch products with 100% Certified Organic ingredients, these products will be formulated in small batches to retain its freshness and should be used within 3 months.
Are your products tested on animal? None of our products are tested on animal
Are all your products vegan? Not all of our products are vegan. Our products are crafted to serve both vegan and non-vegan customers. In other words, we have products purely made for our vegan and non-vegan customers
What type of Ingredients are used in Jode-Ian's Product? We want our products to be as clean as possible so you don't have to worry about what you put on your skin. Most of our Products are formulated with plant based derived ingredients and scientifically proven to be safe to use on your skin.
I noticed your products contain fragrance: Yes, majority of our products contains naturally derived fragrances and flavors at under 1%. We recommend reading our ingredient list on our website before placing your order. If you happen to have allergic reaction to fragrance please choose an unscented alternative
Do you have product for kids? Currently, we don't carry product for children. However, we are in the process of creating children's product.
Are all your products made in the United States? Yes, all of our products are made in the United States.
Do you offer samples? Not at this time. However, we're working to offer sample sizes of new products. So, this is how it's going to work. When a customer buys a full-size of any product of choice, we will include a sample size of any recently launched products.
Do you offer discount codes and Giveaways? Yes, we offer discount codes and giveaways. We announce our discount codes and giveaways on all of our social media platforms and newsletter. I'm interested in buying wholesale for my skincare boutique, What is your Lead Time? Yes, we offer wholesale prices, just write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. When buying wholesale we offer low MOQ. Our lead time is 10 -21 days depending on the order quantity
How long will it take to receive my order? For North America, it takes 5-7 days and international shipping takes 7-21 days. For Shipment to Africa, we recommend using UPS and DHL for real-time tracking destination, and speedy delivery. For our Brazil customers, we recommend adding your CPF number, so your package can pass through custom.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes, we offer free shipping to customers within the United States with any order from $50.00 and above, and for international shipping from $150.00 and above
I haven't received my package what should I do? All our shipping processes require a tracking number, which is emailed to you upon fulfilling your order, this tracking number displays real-time destination of your package.
My tracking number states "delivered" and I haven't received my product? We advise you to visit your designated postal service location with your tracking number, same goes with UPS and DHL
My package is damaged upon delivery, can you replace it or refund me? We carefully pack all orders to avoid being broken or damaged, we label any delicate product boxes "Fragile" or "Handle with care" because we want you to enjoy our products when you receive it. With that being said, We'll not take responsibility for any damaged packages and it will not be replaced or refunded.
What is your Return Policy? We accept returns and will refund your account if the fault is from us. In cases where you receive a product you did not order, Our policy lasts 30 days, we'll definitely accept returns and will refund you within that time frame. However, if you mistakenly order a product or change your mind about a product you ordered, you have 12 hrs to cancel. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, it's final and cannot be returned or refunded.
